He is a visionary leader with expertise in developing cloud solutions from scratch, legacy migration, modernization, and elevating application platform infrastructure to the cloud. Shah has vast knowledge of the insurance domain, including policy admin systems, underwriting systems, billing, AWD, xPression, and DocuSign. He is experienced in defining and managing digital transformation efforts, creating digital cloud transformation road maps, and employing cloud-native architecture. He is proficient in using platform technologies such as Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), AWS, Kubernetes, or Google Cloud platform with Microservices Architecture to deliver agile scalable solutions. Shah has worked as an Associate Director and Senior Program Manager at AIG, leading the development of new billing platforms and infrastructure, integrating with SAP, and reducing operational costs while improving performance. He has spearheaded and initialized dramatic improvements in operational performance, efficiency, and effectiveness with end-to-end monitoring and visibility of bills. He has also led infrastructure deployment and integration with underwriting systems, reducing turnaround time of end-to-end policy lifecycle, improving speed to market for new products, and reducing costs. Shah holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business, an MS in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, and an MCA in Computer from Aligarh Muslim University.
